Come join me for TWO cooking with beer classes, where I will be demonstrating a fantastic Alaskan Amber beer marinade for salmon, as well as an enticing Smoked Porter Apple Crisp featuring Alaskan Brewing Company’s Smoked Porter.

After purchasing your tickets to the event, reserve your seats as soon as possible for my 1:00pm and 2:00pm classes.  Seats fill quickly!

Join me Thursday, July 29th for my cooking with beer class, where I will show you a new way of cooking with beer, specifically, Alaskan Brewing Company’s beer. Don’t worry, there will also be a tasting at the end of class.
